Working in
a team is harder overall because you must coordinate with multiple people and
everyone doesn’t aim for the same level of work. It also has its advantages,
but it heavily depends on the members you are put with.
The
communication in a team is quite easy, we don’t really need to speak all the
time, and when we have to, we do. Each member is free to express his opinion
and potential solutions to a problem and then we choose the best one.
Since all
the people in a group won’t have the same goal, they obviously won’t work at
the same level, it also depends on the free time and previous knowledge I
guess, but mostly in the effort put in class.
As I
mentioned earlier, a clash of personalities is rare because most people can
work together up to a point, and if there were any, they should be fixed as
soon as possible.
There is no
clearly defined team objective the goal is to get good grades, I guess. I’m not
really learning from the other members, but I have their support which is nice.
In my
opinion working in a team as we are doing is just a waste of time, they want us
to work do everything together which is impossible because we are limited by
time. If we are given 4 hours to do something is 4 hours / 4 members so if we
do everything together is just 1 hour. Working in a team is taking advantage of
everyone’s best qualities so you can seize the time instead of doing everything
together.
The teams
are supposedly balanced with people who work less and more but in my opinion,
it won’t make lazy people work harder. A team just with people who work harder
would be more beneficial to them since they can learn more from each other and
the people who work less would be forced to work; hence, learning more.

Working in a team is positive and negative at the same time.
On the one hand, it´s a good thing because you have people who can you work with, so the work can be easily done quick. Also, if you coordinate well with your team mates the work will have more quality.
On the other hand, maybe it´s a little bit difficult to work with a team because you have to coordinate with them and if you are a lonely worker it may be difficult.
It also depends on you team mates; if they don´t work as a team and they don´t care about the work it will be like you are working alone.
In my opinion working on a team has a lot of negative things, but overall it´s better working as a team because the work could be done quicker and better than working alone.

I like working on a team because like that you could share the works and you don´t do all the work, but also that have a bad part and it´s that if yo don´t do same part of the work the finally you don´t know how is that part made and you have to read the part of yours friends to know that.
Working like a team has ones advantages and also some desadvantages.
One of the advantages would be that if you don´t know respect an exercises or about something you could tell to another on your group and he helps you but do this every every day is not good because then finally everything that you done is not yours and you don´t have any idea.
And other desadvantage is that all of you would be working in the same pace because it isn´t like this the other person it would be behaind you helpind and like that and like this he loses time.
