In Database Management we have learned how to create users in SQLServer and how to assign or deny permissions for those users to be able to access the database, access specific tables and perform tasks (select, update…) on specific database objects such as tables, views...

In Operative System Management we are still learning linux scripts. This week we have seen while, until, for and select. It’s quite similar to PHP but with some small syntax changes, which makes it difficult because you can mess up with some (), {} or [].

In Security and High Availability, we are comparing 2 anti-malware software and writing about them. We also have to encrypt mails with Thunderbird and configure Windows to automatically install updates on windows 10.

In Web Application Deployment we have an exam tomorrow, so we are just revising everything we have done until now and preparing the exam. It’s going well so far but doing it on paper will be more difficult because you can’t copy/paste lines you have already written, and you can’t see syntax errors with colours.

With Javi on Database Management we are giveing permission to the users of the database to do things there, for example to enter on the SQL Server or to do tables and on the other subject we are continuing with the scripts.
With Ricardo we are continuing to configurate Apache2 and the components and configurate the VirtualHosts and in the other subject (Security and high Availability)
With Xabi in PHP we have been continueing learning more functions and applicate them to our product.
And with Ane we contineuwith our project.
